ApplyPort revolutionizes the way you issue and track Board applications for the purchase and lease of residential apartments.  Applications are maintained on our servers in pdf format.  When an owner has negotiated a sale or lease they simply direct their prospective purchaser or tenant to your web site where the appropriate application can be downloaded.  This eliminates the time and cost of preparing and mailing the application. Once an application is received it is immediately entered into ApplyPort and auto e-mail notifications are sent to all appropriate property managers, board members and owners. Specific documentation requirements and fees are maintained for each property in ApplyPort.  As an application is enterted into ApplyPort and associated with a building the specific documentation requirements and fees are automatically appended to the application. ApplyPort lets you enter detailed information about the owner and applicant, including co-applicants and guarantors.  As applicatons are processed notes can be appended to the file documenting requests for information.  Once an application is completed the status is updated and e-mail notification are sent to the appropriate property managers who will then set the board interviews.  Once the board decides on an application the status is again updated to reflect either approval or denial.
