E-mail addresses can be imported into groups from your favorite address book and attached to a brochure with a click of the mouse. Personalized e-mails are sent from Onlinebuildings' servers and don't tie up your network resources. Brochures can be archived and re-sent instantly.
Brochures are sent as personalized HTML e-mail so they open immediately in the recipient's in box. A pdf button on each e-mail allows the recipient to print the brochure as a pdf on-the-fly. There is no need to attach "heavy" pdf files to the brochure.
As an option we can integrate the property database to your corporate web site so any time the database is updated the property and listing information on your web site will be updated.. We also have modules that let you publish news articles and press releases to your web site as well as add and update biographical information on key executives of your organization.
Property Publisher is browser based, which means that authorized users can update the property database, import e-mail addresses and create and send brochures from anywhere at any time. All that is needed is an Internet connection and a web browser.
