Cooper Square Project Management, Inc. (CSPM), a wholly owned subsidiary of Cooper Square Realty, serves as owner’s representative on a variety of construction projects for both Cooper Square-managed properties and others. With a staff that includes architects and engineers, the company brings expertise to every job with the goal of ensuring quality in a cost-effective and timely manner.

“With Cooper Square’s management experience and the systems and procedures we have instituted at CSPM, we bring a level of expertise and experience to a job that most managing agents and many owners lack” says Tal Eyal, CSPM president. “As the owner’s representative, we look after the details and make certain no corners are being cut. At other times, we are hired instead of the general contractor and select the vendors and subcontractors.”

Formed in 2005, CSPM has a solid record of performance, handling such projects as exterior renovations, window and door replacements, restoring properties damaged by fire, total renovation of apartments, building system upgrades and heating plant replacement.
